It won't be a "plug and play" type thing, but it will work with a few mods. The 02 will have split shot injectors that won't work in the OBS trucks. The OBS injectors need to be installed in 02 engine. The 02s have electric fuel pumps, the OBS trucks have the mechanical fuel pump. I think the cam in the 02 would have to be changed to run the mechanical pump, or the truck would have to be converted to electric fuel pump.
The basic engine will work, although there will be some changes to make. There is no lobe on the can for the mechanical fuel pump, so you'll have to go electric. I'm sure someone else will chime in with the other differences.

I may be wrong then. I didn't think any of the SD blocks had the hole. My bad. LOL!
This 2000 core has the hole and bosses but no pump lobe on the camshaft.
94.5 to 97 work and any 7.3 dit will work as has been said.
The 17* pump would be slightly better than obs 15*.
The sd PCM won't transfer to obs without much wiring adaptation.
A custom chip could make the obs run split shots fine. You would either have to use all the sd turbo parts or use obs and transfer drivers exh manifold.
The main hurdle is just need efuel wich I would recommend along with bellowed up pipes while doing the swap.
