Mechanic needed in San Diego

Hello!
I have a 2006 6.0 E350 in San Diego and it has a pretty solid oil leak. I'm building it up into a camper van to take on adventures with my girlfriend all across the country so I want to get all engine issues squared away before we go on our longer adventures. Wondering if anyone could help me with a recommendation of a good mechanic in the area. I live in Ocean Beach so prefer it to be closer to there than further but I am willing to drive a little. Thought I'd take it to the forums to find a mechanic that's trusty and reliable. Who knows better than you guys. Thanks for looking at this!

i live in Huntington beach, and either drive, or tow, my vehicle to
domestic diesel, in chino hills. it's not convenient. it doesn't matter.
a good 6.0 mechanic is worth a trip for.

Domestic Diesel and Auto Service - Auto Repair - Chino, CA - Reviews - Photos - Yelp

it's 37 miles, one way. across the ****tiest traffic pattern in socal.
it's worth the drive.

there's two pages of reviews on yelp, and those have pushed off
my reviews long ago.

I lived in San Diego for 17 years and used various shops. I now live up in the IE and I would recommend Diesel Tech if I was looking at getting into the engine and getting things done. They are located in San Jacinto which is about 1.5 hours from you. Give them a call and tell them what you need and schedule a time to drop it off. I drive past there all the time and they always have several trucks getting work done on them. They specialize in Ford trucks

Great team there, always fair and straight shooters. I was introduced to them by a friend with a 7.3 and 6.0 who swore by them and now I see why.

When I first had trouble with mine it got hydrolocked from a bad injector as result I burned out my starter. After talking to me about it and my lack of work at the time he gave me used starter to help lower my cost. Said it was a customer request to replace it and he knows its good, Its been in the truck for over a 100k now. Recently replace a motor for me https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...baby-back.html
