the only "Mods" I prefer on a truck are things like gauges, the AIS (assumeing the truck was with the chitty stock box that is prone to failures) and other Ford "upgrades" that are OEM, like my mustang will be getting the OEM 6 CD changer unit or the tractioncontrol button or what ever additional options could be added from the factory but are originally not there due to the trim level. This is me and how I am, the only exception was my F150 that was traded, but I still stuck with upgrades that were as close to factory as possible...
as for listing the truck, remember pictures sell, and are worth a 1,000 words (or more) honestly I would just keep the truck...
