Dana 60 front rebuild

I am about to tear into my 79 kingpin dana 60 axle. I have everything figured out except where to get a rotor that is the entire hub assembly as well. This axle has really badly rusted rotors and hubs so I want to replace it all. Anyone seen the rotor and hub sold as a single unit? I want to keep the 1/2" studs to match my new rear axle. If need be ill see if I can salvage my original hubs but last time I had the axle out if I remember correctly they didn't look to good.

Ill post pics when I bring the axle home this coming week if my work schedule doesn't get to busy.

It looks like Yukon gear sells aftermarket hubs. They are pretty pricey though. I doubt you will be able to get everything in one piece. If you really need a hub, just buy the hub, a new brake rotor and reuse your existing wheel studs.

Yea I saw those. For my 79 bronco I got the rotor with hub and studs for like 70 bucks piece. Cant seem to find anything for the 60 so ill just have to try and reuse the originals. Bead blast the outside and check the inside and I think they should be good. The rotors are toast though....

Caliper wise isn't the 78/79 HP dana 44 caliper the same on the 60?

I am about to regear the 60 and was looking at torque specs, do these seem right? Some seem ridiculously high.
