In the last 30 years of dealing with mechanical repairs, I have learned a few universal truths :
#1). Always use new OEM replacement parts.
#2). Have your OEM parts rebuilt by a reputable, local shop, with several favorable reviews from friends.
#3) As a LAST resort, use Napa parts, but only in an emergency. Anything else is too cheap and too crappy.
#4) For Power stroke diesel parts, only use OEM ! It's more expensive now, but cheaper in the long run: No catastrophes ... You'll thank me later.

Good luck in the future.

About 12 years ago I had mine rebuilt, built up to cover my stereo, and wheelchair lift, the only way to get one with quality parts.
