1993 F150 Computer Failure
This is just a followup to a mis-posted question from me 10 days ago. Background is as follows. I pulled out of the driveway and lost all propulsion. Truck would crank, but would never fire. I could smell an electrical burn smell in the cab, but not outside, so I thought maybe it was the fuel pump relay located under the dash. Luckily a couple of friends came along and pushed me back into the driveway as I was sitting in a blind curve when it came to a stop. We towed it to the local garage and found out that the computer failed. An unusual thing, but evidently not impossible.......
I just wanted to share with anyone who's scratching their head about where to look. Maybe it'll save someone some time while troubleshooting the same type of issue.

Play taps for another computer couldn't be saved in time RIP!
And just as a FYI for future reference, your fuel pump relay isn't under the dash it's located under the hood in the power distribution box.
