I put the new (replacement) pump on yesterday, and spun the pulley by hand until the fluid level stopped dropping. Then I started the truck, and the pump never made a sound! I wiggled the steering wheel a little back and forth, and still no noise. I can't push the brakes yet until I get my new rear brake lines installed.
