That's the E1AZ3A561A or E6TZ3A561A valve. Ford uses the same pic for all the CII pumps back then. I am assuming the check ***** etc are inside the pics I found on EBAY. Notice "3a561" pointing to the stuff you referenced.

I put the new (replacement) pump on yesterday, and spun the pulley by hand until the fluid level stopped dropping. Then I started the truck, and the pump never made a sound! I wiggled the steering wheel a little back and forth, and still no noise. I can't push the brakes yet until I get my new rear brake lines installed.
