Inside Dually Valve Extensions

if you've got them, which brand do you like? need to add a pair to my truck and didn't realize how many different styles are out there.

i like my pickups srw but on my semi trucks/trailers i am a fan of the cat eyes, i know they make them in some different pressures but i don't know if they go all the way down to pickup sizes.
