When I lived in CT I had a garage about that size what a PITA it was to do any work.
I do not miss the cold/white stuff you get but I see your temps have been close to what we have been having. They tell me we only get 2 months of winter where I am at so that is nice.
You going to strip the black one in the garage, roll the frame out, fix the body of the black one. Then strip the red one outside and roll the frame into the garage to put everything on the red frame?
Kind of did that with my project so I could paint the frame, work on the body then put it all back together again.
Keep us posted.

Dave,
I can actually get around the truck pretty good. Yeah the plan is to get the black cab off the frame and blocked up in the garage to do the repairs. I will probably leave the 86 together thru the winter and take advantage of the plow for the driveway and just touch up with the snow blower. once I get the cab off the 86 I'll assess the frame, if its too shot Ill move everything over.
I have come to realize that I don't have the time to devote to this build, as much as I would like to. I have both trucks listed on New Haven Craigslist.
Just want to get out what I paid for the 2. The 86 350 is a 56000 mile 6.9 that runs mint. Dana 60 front 10.25 rear 4.10s T19 $1600
Don, sorry to hear about this but I do under stand about the time thing. I only get to play with mine on the weekends and that is if the other half doesn't have me doing something but she is pretty good on that.
