The one on the left has a relay for the trailer 7 way I think.
I found this picture on the internet, it may help. I see you have a 2003, Ford may have done away with the larger fuse box by then, but I know mine looks just like the picture below. I would assume that even though the fuse box is gone, the relays stayed the same.
Which others, the ones in your picture or the fuses in the picture I posted? I think "just me guessing" that the larger fuse box was moved into the interior of the truck in the later 7.3's, but I really have nothing to back that up.
Sous is correct. 02 and later trucks do not have the larger Power distrbution fuse box. They also do not have the fender mounted starter solenoid relay.
