instrument panel help

I took all the screws out of the instrument panel on my 70 F350 to get to the back of it to replace some... some... well they are not bulbs... I guess I will call them lights. Now I have had it off before and did replace some lights before. But I don't remember how I did it before. But today I got it out but I couldn't see the back of it where the bulbs are.

DO I have to remove the speedo? It looks like there are small nuts holding it on.

Help please. Thanks.

The little black things are the bulb holders. Twist them and they pop loose. Not even a 1/4 turn. Pull bulb out, replace with 194, put the holder back in and twist the other way.

Thanks. I replaced some bulbs before but I forgot how I did it before. I will try again tomorrow.
