Bluetooth Audio automatically plays music.

2013 F-250. Sync. No navigation.

I am able to pair my Android cell phone to the truck and all works fine.
Can send and receive calls using the voice commands etc.
I am also able to play music from my bluetooth enabled LG V10 android cell phone. When I start the truck, it automatically detects my cell phone, connects to it and begins playing music from my cell phone through the truck stereo. And therein lies the problem.

My question is, is there a way to tell the truck to go ahead and connect to the cell phone, but don't start playing music. In other words, I don't want the truck to launch the music player on my cell phone. I always have to either turn off the player on my cell phone or give the "pause" command through bluetooth audio. Suggestions?

My music on my I phone 6 starts playin as soon as I connect to my 2012. It doesn't play out loud unless I give the blutooth audio command though. Its more annoying than anything. I just looked on my phone and don't have an automatic play off setting. This only started after I did the phone update.

It appears that I found some what of a solution. I came across an android app called Folder Player. If I disable the music apps on my phone and just use Folder Player then all is well. Apparently the truck cannot launch that particular player. WooooHoooo!
