Stereo replacement

Its been a while since I've replaced a stereo, so I have some questions or need to be pointed in the right direction. Current is an 09 f250, regular cab, xlt, am/fm/cd/aux input. My wife got me a new unit that has hands free calling, navi, backup cam, cd/dvd, ipod input, touch screen. She also got me the head unit mounting kit but no wiring adapters. I have them ordered now. I found this

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...2008-f350.html

Is this the correct wiring for my truck? My current has a 24 pin and 16 pin. I know most of the harness's are common throughout the super duty lines, it just depends on the options. Is there an actual wiring diagram on here? From what I can tell, 1 kit I ordered has the 24 pin and the other has multiple ("actual product may differ from the picture") and my new unit has 18 wires. The gps, microphone, camera are labeled. Maybe I don't use all the wiring going into my stock unit? Dumb, I know. I also ordered new speakers as well. This is my stock wiring.

I did see a picture that said I wouldn't use the 16 pin....?
THANKS!!!

you can ignore the small plug as it wont do much without steering wheel controls and multi-disk player. i think it is connected to the little in-put on the passenger side of the lower dash (mp3).

i just did the wiring with some xtron unit here in the uk, works great without the small plug.

but found out the head unit is tooo wide for the hole.

what model stereo/head unit have you got ?
