Engine advice

I have a 2000 mustang v6 block. I want to build an engine
What is the most hp I can get
Size crank
Size camshaft
I'm a rookie

You'll get more info here in the General Automotive section.
I know some of the Ford V6 engines of that era had weak rods, they could not handle much more than stock power.

2000 is going to be a 3.8. You can get superchargers for those, google it like so:

Otherwise, there is really nothing you can do to that engine to get that kind of power and still be able to drive it more than 20 seconds at a time.
