How did you test for power at the connector?
Did you try plugging the trailer into a different truck?
When you plug it in, does the information display show a trailer connected?
Usually the first place to start after checking all fuses is the 7 pin connection at the back of the truck. Take the plug apart and check for dirt, corrosion and loose connections.
Do you check the dedicated fuses for the trailer, under the hood. Could be some confusion here as you have two sets.
If they're blown, probably a dead short, grounding to the frame.
