Can someone tell me where I could buy an OE right rear wheel well molding for a '95 F150? I bought one on the internet and it was a Chinese piece of junk so I returned it. My truck is showroom new except for a dent in this piece by some idiot.
Ford discontinued these a few years ago. Dealer's search showed no other dealer has any in stock. The ones at Broncograveyard are aftermarket. I've been down that road before. My old one with a dent looked better than these. Thanks for the replies.
If that trim is aluminum, it is really hard aluminum. I had it off and tried to push the dent out from the back with a screwdriver. I pushed really hard and it didn't move a bit. Could it be stainless steel?
Not only that, but for the wrong body style.
That's for an 80-86 truck, you can tell by the first two digits of the part number - ( 1st = decade, a=40's, b=50's, c=60's, d=70's, e=80's, f=90's. Second digit is year of decade, so e0 = 1980.)
If you're looking for the molding WITHOUT the vinyl insert, try:
E7TZ-9829164-A
my system also gives me:
E7TZ-9929164-A
Those number could be wrong but that's about all I got.
I've bought OEM parts at a site called Truck Parts & Truck Accessories for Chevy, GMC, Ford & Dodge Trucks | LMCTruck.com. Be aware that the holes in the trim they sell will not align with the holes in the fender and the trim is too narrow for the holes to be re-drilled in the trim piece to line up. You will need metal strips to extend the trim to the original fender holes. I've done that for my '93 F150.

I found an OEM part at FordPartsGiant.com for $130, but their site says that E7TZ-9829164-A won't fit my truck, so I emailed them. No answer yet. This is the same number that I got at the Ford dealer. They may not even have one in stock. I hate to spend that much, but it's the only bad spot on the truck.
Has anyone done business with this company? Good or bad?
if its stainless or aluminum it can be repaired to look very nice...may not be perfect but darn close and cheaper than $130 buck. Ive done work on both types.
