Not sure how far along you are, but while you have your HPOP cover off, stuff some shop towels between the block and rear cover so nothing gets accidentally dropped in there (like the stc fitting bolt)....

So I'm not sure how I missed your last post with all the pics?..

Just an observation, but you may want to rethink the EGR delete you have there. The blue hose and clamps are notorious for leaking and it is a pain to get to when it does. IPR makes one that doesn't use a hose. Just food for thought...

Definitely shop vac in there. The amount of debris in the first pic above would get someone FIRED in my neck of the woods. Lol.

Hey thanks! I actually already did that. I used a small long funnel and taped it to the end of my shopvac and cleaned it up a little.

My hands are frozen working on this damn truck. It's beer:30.

I got my hpop back in but I have to go get some rtv for the back side and then I'll get the cover back on and then it's time to do the oil cooler. After I get the valley all sealed back up, I'm going to clean up a little more and take the valve covers off so I can do the stand pipes and dummy plugs.

Do I have to take off the exhaust manifolds with the y pipe to change that piece from the egr delete or can I just get the y pipe off by itself. I haven't even been under there to see yet. I'm thinking about taking my down pipe off also to make assembly a little easier on my brain and my hands.

Damn it's cold out there

You don't have to mess with the manifolds if you have the turbo and rear heat shield out. Take out the two bolts on the collars from the manifolds to up-pipes, then it should lift up and out over the top through where the turbo sits. Split the pipes on the bench, put the new solid EGR pipe in, then slide the whole thing back in through the top.

Pics of removing the up-pipe to manifold collars are in here:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...tructions.html

Read pages 5-9 of this attachment, it covers an important part of the turbo reinstall, and tricks for removing the up-pipe:

I'm putting everything back together finally. It's been hard with all this east coast rain and work.

Another question I had is, does anyone have a picture of the rear FICM mount? When I took everything out there were no bolts or washers on the rear mount. Only held in by the front 2 studs

I have 4 installed on the exterior of the housing. Do any go inside? I already installed my new filter but I can remove no problem obviously just not near my house at the moment

I'm thinking that's where the came from. However can anyone confirm whether or not the hpop has 2 different size bolts? The pictures online look like all three torx bolts should be the same size. But it also had that bracket for the old stc fitting that isn't necessary. Maybe the oil filter housing had a shorter bolt? Or maybe it's because of the stc bracket that I don't need any more?
