Leaf spring plates.

Does anybody know if an anyone makes leaf spring plates like this but for a 3 1/4 housing for a 8.8 explorer rear end. The ones I have are for a 3 inch housing that came with the kit. Or could I have the holes opened up for the 3 1/4 U bolts. My only concern is with opening up the holes with the ears being thinner will they snap under load.

That looks identical to the ones from my TCI kit and I elongated them slightly and spread the U-bolts slightly and tightened everything down and don't anticipate any problems.

Yes they are the TCI plates. I had some u bolts made for the 3 1/4 housing.

I just stood the U-bolts from the kit up on end on the work bench and gave mine a wack with a hammer and spread them slightly.
