I changed the transfer case in my truck today and now it won't start. It's a 302 with a c6 and bw135 case. I have fuel and spark, so I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

If it isn't cranking - check your neutral safety switch and/or transmission shift linkage. If it thinks its in gear it won't crank.

If it's cranking without starting, then I would check to see if you bumped the wiring for the fuel pump or something in the area you were working on. You might have accidentally disconnected something...

 

It cranks and I have fuel. I am going to see if I bumped anything in the morning. The only thing I noticed was a whine from the starter relay when it is cranking that I never heard before.

 

Carb or EFI?
