Wait - So they stripped out the drain plug (using power tools). 1st mistake. Then, they tried to slop goop over it. Chicken**** "repair". 2nd mistake.
Then they lied, denied involvement, responsibility, and became belligerent? 3rd, 4th, and 5th mistakes etc. etc.
That guy really needs a "tune up", just on general principles. What a douche. You are much more patient than I am. Mistakes happen, but how they respond to those is more important. And they ****ing failed. Hard.
