2011 engine noise

2011 engine noise
I have a 2011 f150 4x4 5.0 with 140,000 miles and I started it up a couple nights ago and I heard this noise this was a cold start when I drive I don't here the noise in the cab unless im in a drive thru or i get out and listen for it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=79l-iX...ature=youtu.be
I have done some research and people are saying ford says its normal but doesn't sound normal to me. i pulled the oil cap and had white smoke come out which makes me think that its the rings.
