Expedition starting problem

I have a 2004 expedition 5.4 . It will not start in the cold weather in the morning however it will start when the outside temps rise like it never had a problem. The mileage shows ---------. When the temperature outside is warmer the mileage returns on the cluster and it starts

You'll get more help here in the Expedition forum. It sounds like a bad cluster, but could be a computer issue as well. I just had to replace an ECM in an 05 Expedition with some pretty odd problems.
