Even though this is the Explorer forum, the issues with your Expedition are not necessarily unique to that platform.
Unfortunately, more diagnostics will need to be performed in order for anyone here to provide a very educated guess on what's causing your staring issues. It could be due to lack of fuel, it could be due to lack of spark, it could be due to a voltage issue to the PCM, it could be due to an incorrect air/fuel ratio.
You, or someone with access to your truck, will need to determine which scenario is happening when your Expedition won't start and then focus on related systems.
