Does anyone have a good picture of an original electric wiper motor for a 58 f100. I am trying to find the "label" that was on my original wiper motor... or at least a copy of it. Also would like to know who made the wiper motors for Ford.. American.. can't read the label. Thank you for your help.. this is a great forum.

Does anyone have a photo of their wiper motor that still has the label information on it? I would sure appreciate a look at it. This is the motor I am working with, but have not been able to locate what was on it, or the color. Thanks for your help.

those pics are of bosch motors alright, I believe the stickers on them said "American Bosch" as far as original color i think they were just bare metal, kinda a goldy color, i think that's called cadmium plated.
On a side bar, I did a refinish on a 58 lincoln capri for a client a couple winters ago and it's hard to believe that ford's top of the line cars were still running vacuum wipers at that time.

My pickup originally had vacuum wipers but this picture is of the genuine N.O.S. replacement electric wiper motor. No label, but there appears to be a stamp. I can copy the data if you cannot read it in the picture.
