Cool 2003 Ford F350 6.0 4x4 problems

I have a 2003 ford f350 6.0 powerstroke it has manual locking hubs and electronic shift 4 wheel drive. I have changed all the fuses under the steering wheel and both relays under the hood. I have changed the transfer case shift motor. I have tested the power supply to both the relays and shift motor and neither are receiving power. If someone could please point me in which direction to go and a place I can find the correct wiring diagram for this problem. I have also changed the 4x4 switch it self.

Bump to top.

SO, is the issue that you're not going into 4 wheel drive? What are your symptoms?
