Helm inc is where dealers order their factory service manuals. You can also find them on eBay but make sure the seller is actually selling the factory manual and not some B.S. CD
Or a cheap photo copy reproduction.
I was hoping Someone might already have a copy as a PDF.
I have the 03-04 Models wiring Diagrams on a CD. I don't know if I can convert them to PDF but I may be able to take a screen shot. PM me your email if you have an 03-04 model and what exactly you need any I can probably take a couple screen shots for you.
I have a subscription to all data. It's so so, it doesn't have every connector but almost. If you need a specific component let me know and I'll try to dig it up.
Didiex, I am trying to trace what circuits come off of fuse #8 in the dash. it has a 5 amp fuse. I have a short, and the "key in ignition" alarm goes off Constantly. Whatever you can get to help track through the circuits would be great.

What year is you Ex? On my 2002 limited fuse #8 under the dash is not used.
When you say it goes off constantly, is that when the engine is running too? Or only when it's off but the key is not in the ignition? There was a write up somewhere about how to fix if the chime is going off even if the key is out. There's a little tab on the cylinder that wears out and needs to be bent up a little.
I'm working today, I'll try to dig up some diagrams for you when I get home this afternoon.
I have an 01 7.3L. The lock cylinder is good. it is not just the alarm, but the radio, the window and door lock kights, and i cant remeber what else. i checked the lock cylinder and ignition switch. i think there is a relay sticking in the closed position.
It works normally when running, when i turn it off and remove the key it thinks it is still in the lock cylinder.

Thanks for the help.
Mine is an 02 v10 gas. Wiring is Isa little different so the diagrams may not match up correctly. I'll look anyway.
If you haven't already tried this, here's how you test the lock cylinder:
Remove the 3 Phillip screws holding the plastic shroud over the steering column, they are on the bottom side of the column. Put the key in the ignition and turn it, look from the bottom and you'll see a small hole where you can insert a small Allen key and press in, this will release the cylinder. Slide it out and remove the key. There's a little tab with the contact touch to ring the chime, pull this tab up carefully and see if the chime stops. If it doesn't the it's probably shorted somewhere. Trace the wire back from the column. It should either go to the gem or the instrument cluster.
Try this and post the results. Unless you already did.
Pull your ignition cylinder out and check the tab didie mentioned, on mine I recall it being the pink wire and I completely disabled the door chime by cutting the wire, ( some people put tape over the tab )
Anyhow, if the plastic bit holding the tab comes loose the tab will "short out" when it isn't supposed to be making contact. Try putting the plastic tab holder back in place if it has come loose. Also inspect the inside part of of the cylinders housing on the steering column for anything that doesn't look right. Your issue sounds like it is in this assembly someplace.
So i checked the lock cylinder, and it is okay. i even went as far as covering it with electrical tape to make sure. i do not see where it gets signal power from though. I do not see a where ther is a wire connected. I do have 1 loose wire that is black with a pink stripe. it doesnt have a connector of any type on it though. there was shrink wrap well over the end of it.

Sounds like a previous owner used shrink tube to prevent contact to disable the door chime.
You can either fix what you have, mod what you have or get a new one.
It has always worked in the past. The previous owner was a 75 year old guy. he didnt do any work himself. I have a 3 inch binder documenting every oil change.
