Oil Filter Failure

I used a Motorcraft oil filter and started my truck this morning 10 degrees out not plugged in and the gasket on the oil filter let go I have never seen this happen last time I use Motorcraft going back to Napa Gold

The filter on our 13 psd just did the same thing, had a wix on it (same as napa gold). Probably just a bad o-ring, so i wouldnt be too concerned about it happening again. Scary when it happens though.
