Might just drive in to ford and say"hey what's up"
Good idea, bigredtruckmi. If you need me to step in and help out, just send over your details in a PM. Be sure to include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership.
Just got back... Just a few button pushes and fixed. Senix you was right but I just didn't hold buttons long enough. At least dealership is 5 miles away.
Took big blue into dealer this AM. Was doing regen about every 100 miles. Then got def fill msg at 500 miles. In about 100 freeway miles got fill in 200 miles. Tried filling def, figured it would be 4 gal. After about a gallon it ran out of neck. Teck didn't find anything but the help desk said to reprogram computer. Weird
Pretty much same same here on a trip last year. Louisville, Ky Dealer I took it to kept it 3 days said there was nothing wrong with it (in spite of using 10 gals of DEF in 1400 mi), since they did not find anything wrong (meaning no codes) they charged me $50 a day for a rental car in spite of my truck being only a couple of months old.
Got back home and they fixed it: They completely erased the ECM and did a reinstall and then installed all the TSB's, its been fine since (last May).
Keep us posted, bigredtruckmi. If you experience any issues in the future, I'll be here.
Crystal

Is there a way to send a message to you on an issue I am having or do i have to put a thread online here?
Please let me know how to best get a hold of you to describe my situation.
Thanks!
