What exactly is the difference between the blue pieces of fuel line(Ford House), and 3/8 fuel line from Napa? Color is obvious, cost is really obvious! Is there any thing that makes the blue stuff a got to have? I am talking about the fuel lines between the fuel pump, fuel bowl.
They are high temp hoses. The regular black Napa hose holds up for about a year.
Blue is worth the $$$$$
Is there any other place to get them, besides ford house? They seem to only have a couple of them. I need the one that is about 6" long, that goes from the bottom of the fuel bowl, up to the shut off? Or, I think its some sort of shut off valve, attached to the fuel bowl. Longest one ford has is about 3". Or at least ford by me.
I got the high temp. blue hose off a reel at NAPA. Don't remember what the cost was (didn't matter, I needed it!). They sold it by the foot and I bought enough to have extra left over in case I buggered up and cut one short.
