For clarity sake (part 1), those are not part numbers, those are engineering numbers like jpr posted.
For clarity sake (part 2) Ford does not have a cross reference database, book, or collection of official factory info for those stamped numbers on the springs. For quite a few years there has been some anecdotal evidence and reference points for some numbers that can be found on the forums, which sometimes will help a person figure out what code springs they have.
In my opinion however, the best info comes from @RobRoss who has been able to collect what I consider the best data regarding those engineering numbers on the springs, and cross reference them to the codes Ford uses for their springs.

I'm going to mention the part #'s again. The engineering number system is what Ford uses in production. On my side, when I look up any part in my catalog, by default, it pulls up the service part #. But I do have a drop down menu and can choose engineering # and it will give me that too so if a customer has the engineering # we can make sure the numbers match. It doesn't always happen that way. If the catalog doesn't provide the engineering #, I will go straight into the Ford ordering system and can type a service number in there and it will almost always provide the engineering #.
Unfortunately with the Excursion, the parts lookup is not vin driven as they are today. If take the vin of my ex and enter it in my parts lookup catalog, it will not give me the exact spring on my truck. I will have to do some deciphering to look up the right one. If someone has a 2008 and up vehicle and I put the vin into the catalog, it will give me the exact part on that vehicle. It is always better if you call the dealer to have the last 8 digits of your vin available, even for older vehicles.
Nice job! I've run the adjustable Ranch 9000's and recently switched to Bilstein, I prefer the Bilsteins. I bought the 5100's for the front and rear but the 5100s are too long for my truck so I'd recommend the 4600s in the rear.
Incidentally I haven't found anything conclusive on your spring part numbers. I'll keep digging when I have time and will report back if I find anything.
Ok, I just realized why I couldn't find anything...for some reason I was thinking of rear springs. Searching the front springs, I agree with jpr38057 that they do cross into the same service number and are indeed V code springs (430 lbs/in). Hope that helps close the loop.

Great! Either way its sitting pretty level in the front. With 285-75/16's I am at fender lip to floor 39.25" on either side.
But... same measurement in the rear is 38.75" Ah well, itll sit like that for awhile! No more time left to work on it. Next project is my Toyota Tacoma so the Ex will have to wait.
Nice thing is my front tires dont rub the mudflaps while turning anymore!
