Hey guys 2001 F250 7.3l second hand to me. Sagging one side in the back end, think is might be the shock, however is this truck lifted? Don't wanna buy the wrong shocks

looks like stock springs to me.
check the rear spring hanger. a bad shock will give you a bouncy ride, not a sag on one side. sag is from a broken spring or bad spring hanger. .
