What causes oil coming out of the oil spouts on the injectors? I pulled my VC to re torque my injectors down and I noticed 2 of mine are now leaking oil out the spouts(when warming the engine). Note I did not say the base of the injector.

From what ive seen at work and on my Mule ill say that is normal.
Note I have stage 1's on the Mule with 30k on them and they did it since I installed them
When I pulled my valve covers to hot torque my 160/30s, I noted a couple of the injectors were squirting, not weeping, out the weep hole on the downhill side. There should be oil coming out the spout. That is what it is there for. I would add to this question, though:
How much oil should be coming out the little weephole on the manifold side?

Good question. Maybe someone with injector rebuild experience woul shime in.
Thats the spout drains it should have oil comming out, since you said only 2 have oil coming out im assuming your other injectors are worn out. On the opposite side of the injector spout there is a small hole that oil should weep out of.
I have a short bungee cord with plastic hooks (I might have paid a buck for it) - it's blue. I use that for pulling the 42-pin connector out of the way for open-VC running.
Oil out the spout is expected, this is the injector purging the ICP oil it used to fire the fuel into the cylinder. Weeping out the lower holes near the solenoid is normal, but I am unsure what oil shooting out of the weep holes signifies - it may mean nothing.
