wiring harness under intake manifold

Please respond if you have information regarding my dilemma. I am putting my 2005 navigator back together and have every wire routed to its destination. I have one connector in the main wiring harness (#1 in the pic) anf I have one sensor port on the passenger side cylinder head (#2 in the pic)
Thanks

Probably the same as on my '05 Expy, which has a short extender wire between the CHT sensor (#2 on the picture) and the main harness (#1 in the picture), didn't you remove that extension wire during disassembly?
