I thought about a small spacer but would have no way to center the wheels.
Unless you might have some options. I don't know if spacers have centering rings built in.

Have you checked with a machine shop to fabricate new studs in the thread pitch and length you want? I don't know what it would cost but it might be reasonable?

OK, I think for now I am going to get some adapters to fix the lug pattern. With 1.5" adapter it will also give the truck a better wider stance. This will at least make it safer for the time being until I can find what I truly want on the truck.

These are the ones I am looking at:
Amazon.com: (4) 1.5" (38mm) 5x5.5 to 5x135 Wheel Adapters / Spacers | 1/2" studs / nuts | 5x139.7 to 5x135: Automotive Amazon.com: (4) 1.5" (38mm) 5x5.5 to 5x135 Wheel Adapters / Spacers | 1/2" studs / nuts | 5x139.7 to 5x135: Automotive

Heads up!
I ran some of these spacer adapters for a while.
One thing, I found out is make sure you have a lug socket that fits into the lug nut bore first as my thin wall 13/16 socket was not so thin. But had the wheel off and ready to run the lugs down socket did not go into the bore to tighten the lugs. And found an old spark plug socket the fit in the lug nut bore.

Nice info. I have thin walled flip sockets for lugs in rims that have little to no room. If I need a thinner socket I can borrow or buy one. Thanks for the heads up.
