I'm running Aaron brand red 3157-plug LEDs from Amazon in both our PSDs. At least double the light output of stock tungsten 3157s, and no mods involving heating plastic in the same oven you use to cook food.....
sucks that the aftermarket still hasn't answered the demand for LED tail lights for the OBD fords....
There's a set for sale in the classifieds section of one of the major forum sites; I forget which one. And the aftermarket answers the demand with bulbs that fit the existing housings.

I might try the drop-in LED's next time instead. All the running lights up front have aftermarket LED drop-ins from superbrightleds.com in them... zero problems so far.
But I like the custom look too so I'm still undecided. Hence why my new taillight housings are still sitting on a shelf.
