Closing in on 200k so it's time for me to proactively change out my PS pump and hoses before I have an issue away from home.
Does anyone have a kit number for OTC or maybe other manufacturers to remove and install the pulley? Long are the days of Snap-on or Mac stopping in at our old facility.
Thanks, I know. Sometimes it's just easier to buy the correct part and resell on eBay for a slight cost. I've played going back to the stores due to incorrect or damaged tools that I couldn't use.

While I realize the initial part numbers correspond to OTC items, individually they are costly. The last few days I was trying to find some reference from OTC that puts those tools into one kit to no avail. I haven't found any OTC kit that distinctly says it works on the diesel pump either. They state the modular gas motors, and the kit may be fine across all Ford platforms, but I'd rather not play tool lottery to find the correct kit. Frustrated with OTC as IMO their site should have some type of reference where you can plug in the vehicle and it shows the individual items or the kits that would work. Maybe I'm spoiled by having a big van pull into the yard and being told "I'll go pull the kit you need".
The OTC frustration is what drove me to post this thread. For a company that makes good products the website is lacking.
Yesterday I ordered the 4530 kit from Amazon as they have such a good return system, so I see if it's the right one. The Harbor Freight kit I'll pass on. It may be fine but this is not a situation where I would want to chance damage to these parts when save less then $30, and the recovery when selling a "once used" tool should be minimal as Sean noted in the eBay pricing.
