Looks good. If that's your final height though, I would suggest some more wheel clearance. Looks like you won't get full articulation where it's at.
I would have to measure again but I think it's over 8.5in from the tire to cross brace. I don't plan on doing any hardcore off-road stuff where I would have to tuck the wheels hard. I want to add timbrens to it too for just keeping loads more stable. Those will limit wheel travel also.

Gotcha. I don't hardcore wheel either but you never know what you'll run into.
Made some more progress today. Installed rub rail and mounts for tail lights. Have to drill holes for mounts. Then get it ready for some rattle can flat black. Then install decking.
Looking good i love a flatbed. Just finished mine. Are you painting yours or going with a bed liner?
Love your bed! I was gonna build one similar to yours. I decided to go more traditional for hauling purposes. Maybe if this one goes to trail duty I will taper back end. How is yours mounted to frame. Looks like it follows body line good. Mine is currently sitting on 2" blocks in back and 4" blocks near cab. It sits almost level this way. It looks fine just doesn't have the rake towards back. I am just painting it with flat black spray paint.
Thanks i built mine for more of a toy than a work horse. Mine is mounted with six grade 8 3/4 inch bolts through the blocks. You should have seen the smile on my face when i was coating it just knowing all my welding on the bed was done! Everytime i got ready to coat i would find more i wanted to perfect. That herculiner is tough stuff and turned out better than i expected
