Under bed pics
Here is what it looked like originally.

Here is a shot with the 2 coats of Rust bullet automotive. Before i painted i sand blasted the entire bed and took about 2 weeks to clean up with a vacuum and acetone.

Here is the new inner wheel houseing and the support hardware.

Here is the final top coat on the bed and wheel housings.

Anyway there they are, let me know what you think. Sorry the black shots didn't come out so well.
As far as i know Cujo every 73-96 bed has these inner housings. I have never seen one without them. They are a terrible design during our years but it is what it is. Unfortunately I got them from LMC, if i could i would have gotten them from Dennis Carpenter he has the originals the only problem is he only has the right side. If i were you i would get one and then go with a Taiwan left from LMC or NPD.
Actually 250 Fanatic the silver paint is called Rust Bullet Automotive and the black paint is the RB sealer called Rust Bullet Black Shell. The silver RB chemically bonds with the bare metal and releases CO2 to cure, which is nice because it creates a CO2 barrier which is half of the problem that causes rust. What i like about this setup is that it's hard as a rock and pretty slick, i hope it is as chip resistant as they say and dirt repellent.
Thanks again for the comments. I can't wait to see the rest of the truck either...lol
Next i have to remove the masking tape and install the inner housing and support hardware but i have another day to wait before the paint is properly cured.
