Lots of money listed there for very minimal gains. Unless there is a problem with you factory ignition system, I feel it is a waste of money for all that stuff. It will keep up with as many rpms as the factory motor can turn. The factory fuel injectors are fine until you flow more air through the heads. The truck headers are about the only thing on your list I would worry about until you actually do internal work. And headers can equal headache, with leaks. What gears do you have? If it's geared high, a used set of lower geared axles could be the best bang for the buck. And you could sell your old ones.

Only thing on your list that is going to gain you anything is the headers.

When it comes to pre 92 302s the biggest gains can be gained from:
speed density friendly cam (I suggest Comp 31-255-5)
GT40 or aluminum small 165cc ish heads
6 liter tune up (new autolite copper core or motorcraft plugs, plug wires, timing bump (I have mine at 12* BTDC)
4.10 at least gears

and if you really want some more power stroke it out to a 331 or 347 and MAF swap it.

If you want any noticable power increases from that motor the camshaft has to change, everything else you listed is just polishing the turd(headers) or a complete waste of money. A cam that will cooperate with the EFI system is the Comp 31-255-5.
