Bellevue repair shop reccomendation

Hello from Las Vegas. I'm sending our 05 Focus to my daughter and son-in-law next week. He is stationed at Offut AFB and will be there for a few more years. He isn't mechanically inclined so I'm looking for a reliable repair shop that they can bring the Focus to when needed. I just Googled repair shops and Yeck's Tire and Auto seems to have some high ratings.

Any reccomendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I suppose it would depend on what you needed done to the car. Yeck's is alright for small things- tires, lights and brakes. It's a small shop though (if I'm thinking of the right shop). He can always take a short ride to Woodhouse South and get "real" Ford techs.

Thanks for chiming in Lee. Hopefully they won't need anything major done while they are there. The car does have over 200K miles. Just looking to point them to an honest shop for minor work, i.e. brakes, cooling system PM, oil changes, etc.

I know that most of us on this forum try to fix stuff on our own, but I'm sure there are times when we may have to give in a seek more experienced mechanics. So just thought I'd ask for reccomendations from the local Nebraska Ford Enthusiasts.

I live about 10 miles south of the base and I try to stay away from it when not at work there. Most of my "new" stuff gets fixed here in town.

I hear you. But I should add that a repair shop doesn't necessarily need to be in the Bellevue area. I'm sure they wouldn't mind driving to a place where a good shop is located, say around a 20-30 mile radius.
