I just purchased my truck and have two problems. First, the power windows will work when the truck is off, I'm not talking as soon as I shut the truck off the windows still work, what I mean is I can go out after it sat all night/day and hit the window buttons and they will roll down and up? Anyone know of a way to correct this? The other problem is a power lock problem, pretty sure I seen the thread to fix this, so for now I'll try the fix and then report back on the locks.

Does your radio stay on as well or is it limited to the windows? What year is your Ex?
There's a few possibilities here. You say that the only thing that still has power when it shouldn't is the windows. That probably rules out the accessory delay relay (assuming there is only one of them). If that was your problem then more things would stay on, such as the radio.
It's possible there was a previous issue with power to the windows and the previous owner refed them from a source with constant power. Or you could have some other weird issue.
To start, I would pull the fuses, one at a time so you don't forget which went where, and see which one turns them off. If you still have the manual, check which fuse is supposed to be powering the windows, or check in the tech folder, there should be a link to a list of all the fuses there. If it's not the correct fuse then you know your problem. You will need to rerun it from a source with accessory power. If it is the correct fuse then you need to figure out why only the windows are staying on. I don't know if the 2000 model year had only one or possibly more accessory delay relays. If there are two, one could be bad. Or there may be more then one circuit running through the relay and the one for the windows was jumped.
