Reproductions of the O.E. lamps are being made. Check LMC, National Parts Depot, Jeffs Bronco Graveyard, and Dennis carpenter just to name a few. I'm sure either mikeo0o0o0o or numberdummy will be along shortly and can check to see if there are NOS O.E. lamps available through the NOS dealers as well.

The lens/bezel itself (D3AZ-13564-A) same as 1973/78 Ford Country Sedan/Squire & Mercury Colony Park station wagons. Same as 1973/79 F100/350 with contoured rear bumper.
While its not a Ford part, AutoZone sells the Dorman replacements for like $8. If you're going for original, I gotcha. If you're going for functional however, why spend more?
