88 AOD normal shift points? What speed?

88 AOD normal shift points? What speed?
My 88 E150 does not have a tach to help out with this but I am curious as the what speed a AOD should shift gears at. I know this depends on many factors ie, how much throttle, down hill, flat, uphill, ect..
On a flat road and applying light throttle from a dead stop my AOD will shift from 1st to 2nd at bout 8 to10mph,, from 2nd to 3rd at 15 to 20,, and from 3rd to OD as low as 30mph.
The tranny shifts firmly into each gear.
I was thinking to stop by a shop and see what they would charge to check the TV pressure. I know if it is too low that it will burn up the transmission.
