Electrical issues

So I'm a heavy truck technician and really don't have the time for deep diagnostics on my 1998 expedition xlt 5.4. I'm having intermittent problems with the dome light, rear grid heater, windshield wipers and Windows being inoperable. They're all inop at the same time. What's the fix folks?

The only common points between all of those systems is the GEM and the fuse box.

The GEM module is called a body control module and is accessible from the dash (looks like a lot of work) and it also operates the 4wd system. I have the diagrams and information on it if you need it as it must be replaced by the exact same part #. reach me by email at misty9555@gmail.com for more info.
