Waterpump removal

I have a 95 e350 I'm replacing the waterpump, anyone done this job before? I heard you have to unbolt the alternator because it's blocking the bolts? I hope that's not case because the dang bolts on the alternator mounts are either seized or stripped. Any advice / tricks to get the waterpump out?

I don't recall touching the alternator. The bracket with the PS pump and AC compressor has to come off. It moves out of the way without disconnecting anything else.

I'm not sure if I have the right bracket but the bracket that holds the alternator, ps pump, has a bolt sitting just under the alternator and has seized and my attempt take it out will cause the bolt to strip, and tricks?

I know that when I pulled the motor out of my 86 van I had to remove one of the water pump bolts to remove the alternator since the adjustment arm for it was mounted to the water pump. Might be different for yours though since it is newer.
