Houston area cab swap....
Here is a thread over at OBN on a cab swap that needs done.
Bricknose cab floor issues....(Image HEAVY))
The truck came from Splendora and has the rust problems of a northern truck. Rear cab wall, cowl tub, drip rail,etc... Are all gone. I'm being told a cab swap is the easiest thing to do with this. I don't have a shop to do it let alone ever done it. Other than the cab and dead powertrain, The chassis and undercarriage is SOLID as a rock. Anyone got any ideas?

I'm not a member and can't see the pics on OBN. From what I read, you need to do a cab swap instead of trying to fix that level of rust. Easier and quicker. All you need is some hand tools and an engine hoist/cherry picker. What I really suggest is don't waist your time and find another truck. For the amount of time and cash you'll be spending, you might as well find a truck in better condition. Sell it or keep it for a parts truck.

I'm just going to look for a new cab and swap it. So if anyone in the houston area has a Ex-cab that is rust free, Let me know. This is what i found today:
