Gasket and shims for Dana 44 heavy axle lock in hubs . Ford no longer has them, for many years they were Ford dealer item only. Dana Spicer part #s are 73050X and 73049X one is metal the other fiber gasket material. They are a must according to Dana and a thin coat of rtv on the shim and gasket can be used, but never just rtv by itself. But!!!!!!! Dana said they are no longer available??????????? I did find aftermarket sets at Quad 4X4 their part #s are QU40395 and TK40573. I used to get them at Ford 2 fiber gaskets $1.50---2 metal shims $2.50. I got a good dose of sticker shock with what they cost now but glad to just find them.
