Hey guy this has been really getting at me for a while, I have one headlight that is brighter then the other, a tail light that is brighter then the other, and both fog lights are out. It's been like that since I bought the truck a few months back, I checked the fuse for the fogs and I changed all the lights. Any ideas???

 

Have you checked the voltage at each socket to see if you are seeing an excessive voltage drop?

Grounding issue would be the thought for the ones that are brighter than the others.

 

I agree with this also, most of the issues I have experienced with trailer lighting can be attributed to a grounding issue of one form or another. Are the brighter headlight and tail light on the same side of the truck? (Drivers side headlight and drivers side tail light for example.)

 

I have not checked the voltage yet I will do that today, also I believe the dimmer tail light and head light are both driver side
