My truck has sync bt, however when i try to play music off my phone, it says disconnected. When i first bought it, it would play music and the call features still work. Also, it will play pandora on my gf phone no problems. Anyone know of any fixes or why its doing this?

 

Has your phone gone through any updates? Have you tried to re-pair the phone? Sometimes BT is flaky on my '12 KR and I've had to delete the phone on the radio and delete SYNC on the phone and start all over again.

I agree with rexster314. Try a clean pairing. Also, you may want to soft reset your device.
