Ugh, is exactly right Chris. Even worse after a nice long holiday weekend.
Good morning Cory!

Happy Monday and BRING ON THE SNOW!
Good morning Jay! Sounds like a good idea to me. I will try and send all my snow your way since I have no need for it. Enjoy although Dave probably won't be to happy with me.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee fun drive into work. Our plow company dropped the ball this morning too and decided they didn't need to salt. First time in 4 years that I needed 4x4 to get up the parking ramp to my spot here at work... Had fun once I got up there though :P
So glad I am off tomorrow, love playing fetch with my lab in the snow.
Stay safe today everyone, good layer of ice below the snow.
It was comical watching their plow truck... Worlds most inefficient use of a plow I have ever seen in my life. He actually got stuck on his own pile of snow. Took him 15 min to rock his truck off of it.
I suppose I could have helped and pulled him off but it was too damn funny.
I just stumbled across a picture from last year where I had to show a guy how to put his truck into 4x4 on an icy road. I watched for 15 minutes while he struggled.
One of the things that really p!$$meoff about this time of year is the state and county plow drivers that will drive down the road/hiway at the speed limit with the plow dragging and grinding away on bare pavement - with no snow accumulation whatsoever... Grrrr.... I wonder how many thousands of our taxpayer dollars are wasted in plow maintenance and replacement parts due to that?
For all I know, the decision to drag the plow on bare pavement was made by some office bozo that doesn't have a window....
